    A good reading list, Rama thank you – have not read 5.Power of Unreasonable People or 11.Wikinomics – Don Tapscott & Anthony Williams, will look them up.

    Two I would recommend are: 1) Conscious Capital (see eg http://www.consciouscapitalism.org/) by Raj Sisoda, et.al. and; 2) Theory U by the fabulous Otto Scharmer (with Pete Senge and others).

    Oh and a third, I always keep a copy of Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith to hand.
